Direct to garment (or DTG) printing involves an advanced inkjet printer laying ink directly onto a garment.


Screen printing, sometimes referred to as silk screening, is a form of garment printing in which plastisol-based inks are pressed through a screen onto a garment, leaving a layer of ink on top of the fabric.


Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.

We value customer satisfaction. We generally offer two options: 1) return the garments for a free reprint of all affected garments in your order or 2) Keep the garments, and receive a credit to your account worth 50% of the affected items in order. You will need to provide images of affected items.

We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:

  • Low quality print: the print washes away after a few cycles in the washing machine.
  • Printing error: the design printed is materially different from the order and artwork specifications provided to us.
  • Incorrect print specifications: the size or placement of the print is more than 1.0″ off from the provided measurements.
  • Missing garments: one or more garments are missing from the order.
Please file a claim by logging in and submitting a ticket to claims department here. If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected garments to us. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments. Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.

There is no minimum to order. You can order as little as one.


Typical turnaround time is between 4-8 business days + shipping transit time.


The dimensions for the artwork should be provided in inches for either the desired width or height. If a width is given, then the height is automatically scaled, preserving artwork aspect ratio. If a height is given, the the width will be scaled.

Max print sizes:

  • Adult garments — 14″ x 16″
  • Youth / small ladies garments — 10″ x 12″
  • Sleeve prints — 4″ x 4″

If an artwork does not fit the max print area, it will be scaled to fit.


  • RGB color space
  • PNG file format
  • Artwork must be separated if printing in multiple parts of clothing
  • Transparent background
  • Artwork will be scaled to print specification size
  • 150 DPI or higher resolution


  • Fully Vectorized Graphics
  • EPS file format
  • All text must be outlined
  • Spot colors — Use spot colors only. Colors need to match one of our 32 base colors or a Pantone color (from a range of 100 – 7774 C). Pantone matching cost $5 per color.
